KEARNEY, Neb. – The City of Kearney Public Works Department and Blessing Construction announce that North Railroad Street will be closed from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue beginning Thursday, December 3, for approximately 1 week.
Also, beginning Tuesday, December 1, minor barricading will occur in the areas of downtown were the new asphalt was placed between 25th Street and North Railroad Street and between Central Avenue and 2nd Avenue. Citizens are urged to be mindful of construction activities while they are in the downtown area
