There are some things in life where you just have to take a step back.

Take a step back and breath.....

I'm saying this because there are a lot of things in life that drain you out. I think most people need to find some time in your busy day to take 10 minutes and relax.. you know you can... Just find the time for it.

It can be anything! Like,maybe a nap? Hey now, a 10 minute nap is better than no nap? Am I right?

Thought so.

My best advice is to stay off social media.. That my friend, drains you out also gives you way to many emotions. Take a step back and just breath and not think of everything that surrounds your life, it causes anxiety being on social media. Honestly.

So, Lets breath. Lets think of nothing...

or maybe dream that you are on a beach, sippin' on something good? Mmmmm.. Now I call that a good relaxation.

I really do believe it's time for you to get out of your comfort zone and try something new today... just RELAX (like Aaron Rodgers says) wink

I found my happy, relaxation spot on Saturday. I went kayaking and I never been so calm in my life. Absolutely, loved every part of nature that came my way. The sunset was amazing. Started off with pink colors then to purple and it all just mashed up together and OMG it was beautiful.. (the one time I didn't have my phone on me because I was enjoying life..)

You should too.. I highly advise it. GO, NOW. TRY IT!
