If you’ve been listening to the huuuuge broadcast for any length of time you know I have dietary restrictions that keep me from enjoying delicious gluten (among other things). It’s been so long since I’ve had a carb I actually almost ate my pencil. I knew it was time to address the situation so Kansas and I made gluten-free bagels that, although a bit doughy, came out surprising well!

I recommend you make this recipe with another person because if you’re like me you will need the moral support. The dough becomes SUPER sticky and difficult to handle. Here’s the recipe.

Grain-Free, Gluten-Free and Dairy Free Paleo Bagel Recipe

Ingredients
•2 cups cassava flour
•2 Tbsp. arrowroot flour
•4 eggs
•¼ cup maple syrup
•1 tsp. baking soda
•¼ tsp sea salt
We used everything seasoning.

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix ingredients into a smooth dough and chill it for about 15 minutes.

Form batter into bagel. Add seasoning. Bake for 25 minutes and let them cool for 20 minutes.
Enjoy fresh or toasted. Store in the refrigerator.
