RECALL: Tyson Chicken Nuggets May Contain Rubber
Tyson Foods is recalling more than 36,000 pounds of chicken nuggets because they may contain rubber.
The recall affects Tyson’s fully-cooked panko nuggets in five-pound bags which have a “best if used by” date of November 26th, 2019.
Despite the recall, Tyson says it there have been no reports of any injuries but are urging people to throw them out or return packages to the store.
The news comes a week after Perdue Foods recalled 70,000 pounds of chicken nuggets over concerns that they may contain wood. (USA Today)
Does anyone really know for sure what’s inside frozen chicken nuggets???
If you drop a nugget on the floor and it bounces like a rubber ball, maybe you should throw it out.
